Welcome to Builders Connect the official IRL Pitch Day experience for the 🔺 Team1 Kenya Mini Hack 2026. ​This is where builders move from: 👉 ideas → validation → execution. ​Unlike traditional meetups, Builders Connect is designed as a high-signal ecosystem checkpoint where teams showcase the products they’ve been building throughout the cohort and qualify for the next phase of the Mini Hack journey. ​By this stage: ​✅ Team formation has already happened during Nights of Code ​✅ Builders are actively prototyping ​✅ MVPs are being tested ​✅ Teams are expected to demonstrate progress ​This session functions as: ​⚡ a founder readiness checkpoint ​⚡ a live product validation session ​⚡ a Shark Tank-style ecosystem showcase ​⚡ a qualification stage for top-performing teams ​The strongest teams will advance deeper into the Mini Hack pipeline based on: ​execution ​product clarity ​adoption strategy ​market opportunity ​scalability ​ecosystem alignment ​Most importantly: Teams will be expected to demonstrate: ​📈 PMF (Product-Market Fit) thinking ​🚀 GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy ​📊 User acquisition plans ​⚡ Product traction & adoption potential ​Winning teams at the final hackathon will not only be judged on technical implementation. ​They must also demonstrate: ​✅ strong product thinking ​✅ user adoption strategy ​✅ scalability ​✅ real-world utility ​Our long-term goal is to encourage builders to: ​👉 build real products ​👉 scale beyond the hackathon ​👉 acquire real users ​👉 generate real on-chain activity ​Top teams should actively work toward: ​🎯 acquiring their first users ​🎯 testing their products in-market ​🎯 refining onboarding flows ​🎯 validating customer demand ​This is where the ecosystem starts separating: builders from founders.
